Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel after confirming your order but before work has started, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

After work has started

If you cancel after work has already begun, we will refund the amount paid for the portion of the work not yet completed. Any completed work or research gathered up to that point will be shared with you.

If the work doesn't match the agreed requirements

Please notify us as soon as possible with specific details outlining what does not match your initial brief.

• We will first offer a free revision in line with our revision policy.
• If we are unable to adjust the work to match your agreed requirements, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the affected work.

What is not covered

• Additions to requirements made after the quote was confirmed.
• Academic grades or outcomes, which cannot be guaranteed.
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Work that you have already approved or submitted to your institution.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 90247 94399) or via email at assignmenthelpkit@gmail.com along with your reference number. Approved refunds are processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
