AssignmentHelpKit ("we", "us") provides academic support services to students. Contact: assignmenthelpkit@gmail.com. We operate in India and serve students worldwide.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, WhatsApp/phone number and email address.
• Request details: service, subject, academic level, deadline, word count, topic, institution and requirements.
• Files you upload, such as assignment briefs, rubrics or supporting documents.
• Campaign information: the advert or website that referred you (UTM parameters) and the page you landed on.
• Usage data collected by analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) when enabled, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not publish your name, institution or files.

• To review your request, contact you and prepare a quote.
• To provide the support you agree to.
• To communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your request.
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring students to us, and to improve our website.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Only authorised team members can access them, and only to handle your request.

Files are kept for 90 days after your order is completed and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) when enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example hosting, analytics and messaging providers), and only as needed. These include Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure storage of requests and files), Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting assignmenthelpkit@gmail.com. We handle your data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and private file storage. No system is completely secure, so please avoid uploading information that isn't needed for your request.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
